This was a real nice place, just in the middle of everything! It had recently opened, so fresh and tidy. It was interesting to chat with the owner, who was a professor in microbiology, specialised in water quality. So she gave us an interesting lesson in water issues in Albania. and that the water in Shkoder was better than the bottled. Great breakfast! It was a little bit difficult to find, since the sign was not there yet. But nr 22 on a wooden door.

The location was fantastic and couldn't be any more central to the cafe/bars, set back off the street from any additional noise but close enough to the main live music bar on the street Kultura Bar this apartment was an absolutely perfect choice and close to what we wanted. The large terrace area was nice to sit and relax watching T.V. whilst eating our breakfast in the mornings.
