The staff were really helpful. The women at the reception were extremely helpful for my toddler and even upgraded our room to a suite for free! The elderly man assisted us many times for parking and made us feel at home despite the language barrier. In a pristine location with a mosque and church a stones throw away and a very vibrant street just as you exit the hotel. ATM's outside the hotel and foreign exchange currency also within close proximity. The parking was pretty easy too. The rooms were spacious and had enough space for toddler to run around and we're very comfortable. The views from the balcony with the sunset were also really cool.

Great location, with cafe and restaurant basically at the door step. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Nice decor throughout the hotel. Good beds. The included breakfast didn’t have many options but good for the price. Staff helped us book transport for Valbone to Theth hike and held our luggage for a couple of days for our return stay in the hotel. Overall very good and the helpful staff and great security/ doorman made it a memorable experience.
