I was late, arrives at 11:25pm after checking was closed at 10pm, call the telephone number and the manager was so kind and came in 10 minutes to let me check in, I would have been stuck on the street of wasn't for her kindness. The facilities were all very clean and functional.

I was the only one that booked it. So i had a lot of space to myself. Shower is clean

Easy check-in. Clean showers, no mold. Towels and floor mats available too. Toilets clean. A lot more room in the capsule room than I initially thought so there was room for my backpack. Other guests were very respectful of others and were mostly already in bed by 10. I feel bad about having to rustle through my bag to get my stuff.
