Excellent food and the staff were very helpful ( particularly Anil) in explaining the buffet food options. This encouraged us to try more of the Indian food. The hotel had fantastic views and was located out of the busy town centre.

It was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The property is stunning—perched on a hillside with panoramic views of Shimla. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless, with all the modern comforts you'd expect from a luxury resort. I especially loved waking up to the misty mountain views right from my balcony. The food was another highlight. The buffet had an excellent spread, and the à la carte options were just as impressive. The chefs clearly put a lot of thought into the menu, and the service in the restaurant was top notch. Overall, WelcomHeritage Elysium is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and nature. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a romantic holiday, I would highly recommend this resort. I’ll definitely be coming back! Rating: 5/5
