For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.When booking more than 5 rooms, additional supplement will apply along with non-refundable deposit for the entire stay.A mandatory meal supplement of INR 10620 per person is applicable for guests staying on 24th December and 31st December, payable at the hotel directly.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I had a truly exceptional experience at The Oberoi Cecil. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The ambiance is luxurious yet welcoming, the rooms are immaculately maintained, and the dining options are top-notch. Every corner of the hotel reflects elegance and thoughtful service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay! A special mention to chef Rajeev, whose culinary creations were both exquisite and comforting. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with a perfect balance of flavor and presentation. The serving team - Nikhil(Dinner) and Harsh(Breakfast) were equally commendable — courteous, prompt, and always with a smile. Their care truly elevated the entire dining experience. The food was very delicious as usual, mostly, we had dinner in the hotel itself. And the breakfast was out of this world. Chef Rajkumar was so generous. Each time he would come to our table and ask whether we need any changes in the food preferences, and overall, the staff was very cooperative and very much wanting to help us in all respects.
