Very exceptional clean rooms, friendly staff and helpful owner within 10 minutes walk to mall road and most attractions. Owners and staff are very respectful to your needs and make you feel at home. Good WiFi and good choice of TV channels.

Jagmohan and the team were incredibly helpful. I visited Shimla just after some very bad weather, which impacted on the transport network. Jagmohan and I exchanged a number of messages ahead of arrival and on the day my bus was running late so Jagmohan collected me from the bus rather than leave me to find a taxi. Throughout my stay the whole team were very helpful, with transport, information and even trying the fix the WiFi by chasing the internet company to fix the lines which had also been impacted by the weather! The hotel is lovely and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Shimla.
