Location is good. But No Public Transport to Hotel, If you have your own Vehicle its Best.

Its a pretty good room, comes with a good bed, toilet, balcony, tv and thick blankets. Owner is friendly and helpful, came to visit a few times to make sure I was okay. Good that the windows face the sun. Water purifier installed in the common area. Location reasonably close to the town if you travel on foot.

Location was good, as its away from the city crowd and noise. View from balcony and terrace was also nice! rooms are big and spacious. There is no lift but there is caretaker who can help with luggage.
