The room was newly built and quite clean, giving a hotel-like feel. It came with a kettle, two towels, toiletries, and tea, which added to the comfort. It is located close to the main road. Overall a good stay with all the basic necessities provided!

This stay is nestled in a quiet neighborhood right off the main road. Don't follow maps, instead take the turn which has the name of the homestay written on the wall. Ibaiada Aunty is an excellent host and it shows in the way the rooms are kept. Fresh sheets, blankets, a spacious bathroom, hot shower with the right pressure and temperature and all these only come second to the cleanliness which is the first thing you notice. The bed is comfortable enough, for me personally.. it's not super hard but if you're expecting to sink into it, you won't. If you're travelling by yourself and getting to Police bazaar is a concern, you can just stay here and use bike taxis via Rapido. You also get good wifi, a smart TV, towel, toilet paper and soap all properly placed. Also, bedside chargers and lights. Honestly, you don't need to think twice before booking this, go for it! I decided to stay here for 2 more days when I usually shift between accommodations if I'm in the same city.

It’s conveniently located next to Laitumkrah main road and there is a market nearby with all necessary food options that you need.
