Everything is good and to our expections, but only the WiFi, we all have problem to have it connected as we don't have mobile number in China.

We went to Shenzhen to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. For the price we paid, we did not expect to be given such a big room with such large table, with sofa, kitchen. Initially we asked for twin beds but when we learn there are stairs to climb and my wife has knees problem, we asked for a change to single floor, the staff complied. Very friendly staff! We also enjoyed the breakfast. The chef even came to talk. to us. So friendly.

4-star hotel-like lobby. Very helpful and polite staff, each of them is willing to help anytime. Location is fairly good about 800 meter away from subway. We stayed there for a week.
