- I stayed on the top floor, the 9th floor, and never had any issues with the elevator. It was very fast and of good quality. The apartments and the building were generally of high quality, and everything was clean and tidy overall. - There was a grocery store, Anisa Market, right next to the apartment, and the beach was just a 5-minute walk away. The beaches offered a variety of parasol standards, with prices ranging from 7 euros to as much as 15 euros. - The room I chose had a large terrace, two good-sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was connected to one of the bedrooms. - Shengjin, as a city, is best suited for families or groups of friends. There is a limited selection of nightlife, but there is ample access to restaurants and grocery stores in general. - The apartment offered great value for money. The owner had several apartments and was accommodating, friendly, and professional. He was always available by phone, even in the evenings. On the first day, there was an issue with the internet not working, but he resolved it very quickly. - The internet coverage was very good! and there were air conditioning units in each bedroom as well as in the living room. - I reviewed 30-40 hotels/apartments in Vlore, Shengjin, Ulcinj in Montenegro, and various places in Albania. This apartment offered excellent value for money.

This seaside apartment has become a true oasis of peace and comfort for us. The spacious, bright rooms and the terrace overlooking the endless sea create an atmosphere of peace and harmony. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: cozy furniture, modern appliances, and a thoughtfully designed interior that makes you feel at home even when you're far away. The location is simply perfect—just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the sound of the waves. In the evening, it's especially delightful to take a walk along the promenade or sit on the terrace, admiring the sunset. This apartment is the ideal place for those seeking harmony, comfort, and unforgettable experiences. The owner of the apartment was very kind, polite, and hospitable, assisting us with any questions and making our stay even more comfortable. We would like to thank him for his kindness, excellent service, and the wonderful experience. We were absolutely thrilled and will definitely return here again!

The apartment was new and clean and fresh and wonderful! It was spacious with a large beautiful terrace that provided the loveliest view and offered breathtaking sunsets each evening to accompany our dinner or relaxing on the terrace. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly and always ready to help or advise with anything we needed, always hearing and responding to your demands. Located in a brand new apartment building in a quieter area assured peaceful nights for sleeping, yet it was not far to walk to the centre of the nightlife in Shengjin. Shops and beaches were also near and available, and overall we were very pleased!
