The house is set away from the hub bub of city madness and easy to find. The land lord is a pleasant person but did dissappear! His wife is helpful giving me her house key so that we could gain entrance after going out for a meal. The room is large and the bed comfy. A z bed was put in for one of our party and a mattress on the floor for our youngest. Bathroom is shared but we was the only guests there so nota problem.

The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome, the accommodation was lovely very clean and bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for us getting to the Arena. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Sheffield. The owners children were also very welcome and so polite a credit to their parents.
