Fabulous location. Parking right outside the front door, ground floor and no steps. Really comfy beds and walking distance from Bramall Lane (we were at a gig).

Clean, modern, bright, quiet, parking space, large comfy beds, big tv. 2 minor issues (key safe code was wrong and dead batteries) but resolved within 1 and 10 minutes respectively, very good service.

Nice place. Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our needs as we were visiting Ponds Forge for the weekend for a swimming gala. Great accommodation for a family. Would definitely book again. Loved all the thoughtful little extras in the place (first aid kit, toiletries, cleaning products etc). Lovely and modern, nice garen view, secure, and quiet of an evening. Host was very informative and also gave us a great takeaway recommendation! Also would be great for a night out as tram stop is just outside and only a few stops to the centre and trams are very frequent and reasonably priced.
