The property provides a key box collection check in service from 14:30 onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor. Guests will receive check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival.Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. This property does not feature a reception desk. Check-in is via a keybox on-site. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP 15 per night applies.When travelling with pets, please note that a deposit of GBP 150 applies.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pretty much everything! Had everything you need, great, location for the Sheffield Doc Fest, lots of coffee and grocery shops nearby. Overall, clean and spacious and comfortable!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent—very convenient and easy to get around. The kitchen was great for cooking, and the facilities were fully equipped with everything I needed.

Lovely large clean comfortable apartment, close to all amenities, car park opposite which you can top up by the app if needed. Easy instructions to find lock box and entry. No issues, have stayed before and would again.
