House keeper is amazing saeed kataab, he made sure we was ok, he was very nice and friendly. He made our enjoy soo much better and the cleanliness was amazing. He’s very hard working The management and staff were soo accommodating and making sure they go above and beyond. They made sure we was comfortable at all times. They celebrated my parents really well and gave them a birthday to cake as we came here to celebrate them both. Food is 10/10 service is very fast Cleanliness very good Staff is amazing Viola quest relation was kindly enough to invite us for Italian food, she is soo kind and amazing. The food is soo amazing I want to come back as everyone was soo amazing Made us have such a good start to Egypt I loved the beach it was amazing And swimming place is amazing

We had a wonderful unforgettable time in xperience hotel, Very helpful and kind staff. Special thanks to Mr Mohamad the room service manager and Mr Mahmood who always made sure our needs were met respectively. Also a special thank you to Mr Ahmad the restaurant manager who was very kind and never forgot the gluten free pasta. We will definitely consider repeating our holiday once more.
