More than wonderful doesn't even begin to describe this hotel! This was not my first time staying here, and it definitely won't be my last. What's truly remarkable is how each subsequent stay surpasses the previous one. The hotel excels at paying attention to every single detail, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and comfort. There's genuinely nothing missing! I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Abdullah the food and beverage manager, Mr. Ashraf, Mr Ahmed Mansour, and Mr. David for making this such a wonderful experience

We stayed for 5 nights and the all- inclusive offer was all worth it, convenient and very hassle free check in and check out. The staff, from receptionists, cleaners and bartenders, were all professional and very accommodating. The food were sumptous and servers in the restaurants were very attentive to our needs. The cleaner has his own initiative to clean the room and he provided us bottled water more than enough for our 5 nights stay. Plus he did a great job making designs out of the blankets. The bartenders were very exceptional, welcoming, efficient and skilled. They were able to adapt and manage the situations no matter how busy it gets. I really admire the staff whose doing the daily and nightly activities as they are working from daylight to night but still you can feel their energy and good vibes. The whole resort is very clean, diversed, accessible and very convenient. Overall, the resort really exceeded our expectations. We will surely recommend to stay in here and for sure we will be coming back.
