Everything was great. The staff was very kind, they were always smiling and playing with the children, I felt like we were friends. The food was delicious and there was something for every taste. The coral reef is very beautiful. Those who like to snorkel or dive have all kinds of fish to see. The pools are great. The gym is equipped enough to keep you in shape :) All in all, it was a very nice experience...

Every thing was amazing, stuff, hotel, buffet, location, cleanness, views and hotel met our expectations except for 1. Room ac was cery vold regardless which temp the thermostate is set on i stayed 6 nights and every night i was suffering 2. Bed blanket was very very dense and heavy my face was freezing because of the very cold faulty ac while my body is sweating 3. Dinner and break fast timing need to be extended 10.30 for breakfast and 9.30 for dinner are clashing with the dailly activities 4.pool and beach access need to be done xtended beyond 6.30

Had a beautiful deluxe sea view room . Excellent staff . Nice breakfast and made me feel very special with a birthday cake i didn't order ! Brought to my room and even decorated the bed with roses and baloons. Nice pool Everything is clean . This truly is a 5 star hotel . X
