One of the best hotels in the world, you will find everything you need in it, in addition to the wonderful staff in charge of managing it, and the receptionists are very cooperative, respectful and efficient, especially Mr. Mustafa at the reception

I like most the high level of customer service at the hotel , especially Mr. Aziz he works as reciption he was very supportive and helpful for all my request, and also miss seren the personal assistant at Rixos he has done amazing support for me and my family.
