The deluxe rooms are very nice. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful. Everyone, the night reception supervisor, is very nice and always laughs with the guests. He is very nice.

Most of the staff are very friendly, especially Kerollos from the reception, the guy who cleans the rooms and the guy who runs the shops inside the resort. Very nice pool.
