Rivera has an excellent location & has many great facilities-like a 24 hour grocery store, gym, clean excellent pools, & beautiful gardens!:) Apartment position in complex is excellent! It faces south overlooking the pool- with a balcony -so it gets the sun all day!:) Modern, efficient kitchen with excellent fridge, freezer & stove- & an good quality non-stick frypan!:) Good quality furniture in lounge area- with big very comfortable sofa!:) Bathroom exceptional with an innovative, 'international flavour' renovation ....& plenty of water pressure & hot water when needed!:) Overall very 'classy' well designed renovation with excellent lighting!! Door mat on which to wipe shoes before entering. Although I always take off my shoes upon entering a house/apartment etc., this still helped keep apartment clean!:)
