There will be Gala Dinner on 24th December & 6th January at additional cost of USD 100 per person.Please present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. Please note that a-la-carte restaurants are not included in the all inclusive benefits. Kindly note that birth certificates need to be presented upon check-in for children accompanying guests. Please note that swimming in the pool and in the sea is only permitted in adequate Bathing suit. Swimming in loose/cotton clothing is also not permitted. When booking more than 5 rooms, additional supplements may apply. Bookings will be nonrefundable and the full amount of the stay will be charged anytime. For Refundable bookings, the guest will receive the Payment Gate-Way link via email to process the 01-night payment. For Non-Refundable bookings, guests will receive the Payment Gate-Way link via email to process full payment.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. liked layout of chalets, most of staff very helpful, one grumpy one on reception, good variety of food, cleanliness, comfortable bed. Plenty of bottled water in rooms. Welcome tray in room on arrival with fruit. Beach great.

Compact hotel with a couple of swimming pools, excellent evening entertainment, food was OK. Location is excellent for Naama Bay center with all its bars restaurants night clubs etc. Only a 3 minute walk no need for a taxi. Sandy Beach good for swimming, sunbathing.

Staff couldn’t do enough, all friendly and helpful. Perfect location on beach with short walk into centre. Beautiful well kept grounds, hard working staff and very chilled vibe. Room has all facilities needed, including toiletries and large bottles of water and cleaning daily. Beach and pool bar did get very busy sometimes as shared with sister hotel across the road, so extra people using facilities. But staff always helpful in finding sunbeds etc. and that you were served with a drink. Special thanks to hussein at the bar, Abdul and Mohammed at the beach, osama and hassan in the restaurant and hassan in housekeeping!
