It's a good hotel, but the food needs improvement. Unfortunately, they're not very hospitable and don't allow you to use the hotel's facilities after check-out, not even lunch. Of course, they're not obligated to do this, but in Türkiye, they certainly help you with such things. The hotel needs to change its approach.

The animation team and bar staff were friendly, energetic, and made an effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. Entertainment activities were engaging, and the overall vibe at the bars was pleasant and relaxed. The room was generally comfortable and clean, offering a decent stay. Meat dishes and desserts at the buffet stood out in quality and taste.
