The location was perfect for us, right on the beach with all necessary shops and restaurants located within walking distance. The variety of pools to relax by was enjoyable and we especially appreciated the hospitality received by Eslam at the front desk as well as Mohamed Ali who prepared our rooms with much detail each day. We would love to give them both a huge shoutout and hope their hospitality and services are recognised by management! Everyone was so warm and welcoming, allowing us an early luggage drop-off and later check-out due to our flight times. And the restaurant staff were also beyond hospitable!! We can’t wait to visit again, in sha Allah.

The staff are perfect specially Ms. Aya in the reception she was so helpful, so nice and respectful. and also Mr. Ahmed Taha receptionist, And Mr. Mohamed Saber the manager. Also Mr. Ahmed Ismail restaurant manager, Chef Reda the executive chef are perfect, helpful and so respectful, they creat a Positive and cheerful atmosphere thank you

It's amazing resort beach and pool was very good 👍 Reception was very nice especially Mr Mohamed Samir . All staff at reception & restaurant very smiley faces and friendly
