Excellent location and reception very polite team, also restaurant food excellent, swimming pools & beach except the following need to be improved, - Check out services by reception team such as holding the guests until they inspect the room without follow-up. - Room services do not keep enough towels for guests - Tissue box for both room not available -Room floor ceramic tiles broken and sharp Overall, it's a beautiful place and I will visit it again with my family. Thank you very much.

My stay at the hotel was just wonderful. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Hatem Eid. He solved my problems professionally and promptly and even sent me a huge plate of fruit to my room, and then extra water. The hotel grounds are clean and tidy. Good cuisine. I had dinner and breakfast - everything was excellent. There is an exit to the sea with a swimming area. There are taxi services, laundry, excursions, entertainment and much more. If you forgot to take something with you, you can buy almost everything at the hotel, as there are several retail outlets here. I recommend visiting this hotel. I am sure you will not regret it. The price-quality ratio is, in my opinion, ideal.
