This place was not only beautiful in the way it looks — it was beautiful in spirit. We experienced so much kindness, peace, and support that our stay became something more than just a holiday — it became a meaningful moment on our journey. A deep thank you to Mr. Ahmed Husserl, the duty manager, for his presence, attention and care. And a truly heartfelt thank you to Kerolos at the reception — a kind, thoughtful and sincere person who helped us more than we can say. Thanks to him, everything felt lighter, calmer, and more human. We are truly grateful. Highly recommended to anyone who values not just luxury, but heart. This place is now a part of our story — and we will come back.**

We have just returned from a fabulous weeks holiday. The staff were amazing, from the reception staff, bar staff , cleaners all friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior deluxe sea view and it was fantastic. Really large room with separate living room. The restaurants all had a great choice of food, and it was great that we could go between the various hotels. The aqua park was really good fun. On our last day the reception staff provided us with late check out which was such a lovely touch as most hotels charge you or don’t allow, so this helped make our last day even more special. We used the spa whilst there which was great value for money and the body scrub was lovely. We also did a quad bike trip and a boat trip both were brilliant and arrange via the hotel.

The food, service and beach was good. Arands at the reception was so helpful. He made our holiday great. When we enter they are cheerful and when we leave they showed the same attitude. The rooms were cleaned every day. The people in the restaurant was so helpful ans the food was plenty and delicious.

Our stay at Charmillion Club Resort was truly unforgettable! The beachfront rooms are spacious, clean, and offer breathtaking views — a perfect place to relax. The hotel has a large, beautifully maintained territory with a great pool area where both adults and kids can enjoy their time. The incredibly friendly and attentive staff went always above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome. A heartfelt thank you to Abdo at reception for his warm hospitality and always being ready to help. And a big shoutout to Elsayed, the housekeeping master, for keeping our room spotless and delighting our kids every day with his amazing towel art — they looked forward to seeing what new figures awaited them! What really made our vacation special was the beach area is wide and never feels crowded. The house coral reef just offshore is full of colorful marine life — snorkeling there was an absolute joy for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back again!
