The property was very clean and modern, with comforatable furniture that made my stay enjoyable. I had the entire place to myself, including a fantastic king-sized bed that was a real highlight. At first, I was hesitent about booking because I wanted a balcony, but I’m really glad I chose this apartment instead of another one with a balcony. The canal area was beautifull and family-friendly, which made it a great spot to explore. The location was superb—just a 2-minute walk to the mosque and a short stroll to Qasba Canal and the waterfront. I enjoyed the nearby boat rides and the impressive fountain show that really added to the experiance. There were plenty of resturants within a 2 to 10-minute walk, making dining out easy. The Wi-Fi was fast and free, and the entire apartment was air-conditioned, which was a relief as temperatures were rising at the end of February. The bathroom was spacious, with both a bath and a shower, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The check-in process was simple; I picked up the key from security on the ground floor, who explained how to find the apartment. Once I was settled in, the host kept in touch, providing helpful tips and useful informtion via WhatsApp, including fountain show times, pool and gym access hours, how to order taxis, and where to find the closest beaches. The service was truly excellent! Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

Mr Abdul was very helpful. He is a great host. Facility was really nice and cleaned. Just bathroom shower was not working, otherwise its 5 star with regards to value for money!!
