The fine print
As per UAE Law, all guests must present their original passport or Emirates ID card upon check-in. Driving license is acceptable for UAE Nationals only.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Third Party Credit card payment is not acceptable by the Hotel.Renovation work of 4th floor A Zone and bathrooms will be carried out for 60 days. Guests may experience some noise from 09:00-17:00 except Saturdays & Sundays.
There's no renovation work on all floors of B Zone. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
