Clean and tidy, good sized fridge in the room. able to use the breakfast dining room for evening take aways (much better than trying to eat a takeaway in the bedroom) Walking distance of the beach, which was very quiet.

Great choice of breakfast and all v good. Shanklin Old Village is less than 5 mins drive. V friendly hosts. We had a lovely time.
