The hotel is beautifully styled although often falls into that trap of 'exclusivity being darkly lit' ;) Not at all corporate, it is indeed more like staying in a beautiful apartment, with a stunning lobby and lounge/cafe/restaurant area. The gym, pool, and sauna are all equally stylish and felt like a real treat. The pool felt both luxurious as well as a space you can exercise in. Wonderfully thoughtful touches in the rooms too from dumbells, to gorgeous dressing gowns and a place to drink your morning coffee. Would stay again.

Well the service and people are so friendly and helpful. I was on a businees trip with a tight schedule and Nifty from the from desk went out of her way to go buy me Channel perfume for my wife. She even paid for it and i refunded her, WOW who even does that these days !!!!

It really is the best hotel to stay in Shanghai. The food is delicious and there are so many choices, Italian, the main restaurant, the bar and the Chinese restaurant. The location is fantastic, and the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. Loved my stay there.
