The fine print
Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.Due to the nationwide public smoking ban starting from March 2017, hotels cannot have rooms designated for smoking. Guest rooms, restaurants and entertainment venues will not be allowed to have smoking areas.From February 10, 2025 to April 28, 2025, the SPA, fitness center and swimming pool on the 6th floor of the hotel will be closed for renovation and upgrading.

Windows can be opened for fresh air. Floor without carpet provides better hygiene.

Location of the hotel is great. It is a walking distance to Shanghai Bund around 10-15 minutes walk and close to some shopping malls. The staff service was ok. They are quite helpful with our request but lack of proficiency in English.

Close to North Bund and the ferry station to Pudong. Also walking distance to Raffles city Shopping Center. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. For Jing’an or FFC it is easiest to take a taxi. There is currently a large building site behind the hotel, so I was given a room facing the side towards the river.
