The staff were exceptionally professional and always ready to help with anything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast offered a wide and tasty selection, making mornings something to look forward to.

Hotel was well located with metro very near, and the art deco style gives a sense of what 1920/30s Shanghai might have been like. Staff were friendly with good English and were extremely helpful when searching veggie dinner options.
