Exceptional hotel. Wonderful large+clean room, which was in perfect condition, and the most meticulous turn down service I have ever experienced (my charging cables were carefully bound with a Mandarin Oriental branded cable tie, my suitcase was lovingly placed upon a soft mat). Also exceptionally great service at front desk by Luigi, who made sure our stay was perfect.

Service outstanding! Very polite and pay attention to every detail. For example the left cloth to clean my tablet. Arrange the things perfectly in the room.
