The staff, their truthfulness, their dealing, their way of accommodating their customers, keenly propose solution to any problem, answers to the queries, in short everything was SUPERB. the location .. view from the room . front desk lady was very much helpful . after the shuttle service timings were over, the hotel provided us with private car drop off / pick up at night time to Shahdag resort hotel where they have indoor activities .. the Driver Mr Tural was very helpful.

I love the location, which is fantastic right next to all activities cable car & zip line activities was given gift Room size is aswome veiw is great I would appreciate it the breakfast was fantastic. Staff was helpfull

The hotel was conveniently located and featured an adjoining mini retail space, making it an ideal choice. As a bonus, we received complimentary vouchers for a mini zipline experience and a one-time access pass for the cable car or chair lift.
