The staff were friendly and helpful with anything .They were patient as I didn't understand Spanish although my sister was able to talk some Spanish .The shared spaces made it easy to talk to fellow travellers from different cultures and you get to meet many different people..The balcony had great views of the cathedral and was a good place to relax after a long day ,and it was a good view of the sunset which was a bonus .The beds were comfortable .Although there were many people in the hostel the showers never got too busy and at night I could always find a shower free .The location was good as many things were walkable and there was lots of public transport around .

The dorms are good and spacious, and there's a fun rooftop terrace, a good place to meet other travellers. It's very close ro the bus station, and walkable to many of the sights, with plenty of shops and dining options also nearby.
