First and foremost, the location - it is exceptional! The apartment is also great, it ticks most boxes! A couple of things that we really enjoyed were the quietness (you can't hear noises from the street) and the bedrooms being separated from the living room by an aisle.

I liked its central location, everything surrounding the building. It's close to everything. Walking distance from the Cathedral, Alcasar, riverside etc. Also there is a supermarket and other shops nearby.
