- We do NOT accept guests under the age of 18 years old.- Late check-out service is not available (Remember check-out time is at 11:00). The property has the right of charge a penalty of 20€ per each hour of delay in the check-out.- Lost properties will remain in the hostel during a maximun of 72h, or unless you are in communication with us about it. After this time, we don't take responsability of them.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Everything. The hostel was a vibe. The customer service was great.The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Big thanks to Ana, too, who accommodated my needs when I needed to swap beds due to issues with my back. The Roof Top Terrace bar was so relaxed. A good selection of drinks and a very reasonable price. The hostel offered a welcome drink (Sangria) between 7pm-7:30pm each evening, which was extremely tasty and refreshing after a hot day. Everybody talked to each other, playing card games etc. On the whole, a fantastic atmosphere. You have the opportunity to participate in dinner, which is €9. It is a set menu and the size of the meal is big. :) The hostel is located very central to everything. Take up the free guided tour, which is also offered by the hostel. I found this to be very informative and it helped me decide where I wanted to explore after. .... and finally, the hostel offer a bar crawl, which costs €10 if you're wanting to participate. I did this on my last evening, which I very much enjoyed as there was a big group of us from the hostel. Overall, this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a few. Thanks to the team for making my stay pleasant. Kez.
