Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it. On the day of departure please leave the apartment in good condition. Near each apartment you will find garbage containers. Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. We care about your rest and also that of our neighbors. Please be aware of the noise throughout the day and above all, after 10 PM relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. INFORM YOU that you have rented a tourist apartment, we are not a hotel or an apartment with services. Additional cleaning service or other extra services are available upon request. OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE The law in Spain obliges and requires that all guests must be registered. To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment PETS UPON REQUEST. You must always ask us before and inform us of the breed and age of your pet. Failure to inform us that you come with your pet, incurs a penalty of 300€. NO smoking in the apartment and common areas, we are a smoke-free space, so smoking is not allowed in any area or apartment in the building. SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed. Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment. HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion. 💧 Tap water is drinkable. The apartment is located very centrally and is overall cute. It is a bit smaller than it seems in the photos but it is comfortable and has everything that is necessary.

The location is great just a few minutes from the cathedral in a traditional street and house with lots of character. The apartment felt quite homely. I stayed in the apartment with the terrace, so it was nice to have the outside space as well.

This is a very clean apartment with everything you need for comfort. The location is fantastic. Close to the heart of Sevilla with its wonderful tapas restaurants and bars, but also quiet. So easy to walk everywhere. Also, a small Carrefour supermarket just 200 meters away.

Location was perfect for easy walking distance to the main sites. Lots of great places to eat and drink close by. Very quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable beds and sofa. Bright and airy. Excellent communication with Eva. Great air con although luckily did not need to use it much.
