The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

The apartment is very well located in triana in a quiet street, with few minutes by walk you can find many restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and will all necessary. The bathroom is small but shower is big enough.

The location was a bit different from the one shown on Google Maps, but I guess it's because there are more apartments. Even so, we've had clear instructions from Javier on how to get to the keys in the lockbox, and he was quickly responding to our questions via the chat. We've got to the room way sooner than we said we will, but that wasn't a problem. The room we had had just got cleaned, it was very spacious and had pretty much everything we needed in there. Clean sheets on a comfy bed, only some shampoo (no shower gel), small kitchen, fridge, etc. Good view from the balcony. CCTV camera on the hallway, at the entrance just over the main door (not in the apartment). Good location very close to the centre of the city, short walking distance to the river, many bars and restaurants nearby, even a Carrefour Express about 6-7 mins away and a market open every day if you want to eat fresh vegetables. If you have a car I recommend to book in advance the private garage they offer (18€/24hrs). I didn't so had to use a shopping centre car park close by, also good, but it was 19.50€/24hrs.
