Great place to stay to see Sevilla. Located in a quiet, residential area but only a 15-minute walk to the city centre. There is also a good bus service towards the centre just five minutes away. There are various supermarkets nearby including Aldi and Carrefour. The pleasant accommodation is on the ground floor of a small house with upstairs rooms closed off and not in use during your stay. There is also a small outside patio with table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is air-conditioning in the sitting room area plus a large bathroom. The two bedrooms both have twin beds which are very comfortable. Our host Pilar was very friendly, there to meet us in person and was able to answer all our questions about where to eat and how to get around. Recommended.

Patio, bedrooms and common spaces. Spacious bathroom and really nice furniture and design. The host was amazing and really helpful.

The house is beautiful! The interior; the paintings and the tiles on the wall; the little outdoor space and the decorations, it just makes you feel cozy. The bathroom and the kitchen is big, and the beds are comfortable! Victor and Pilar are very friendly. Pilar has sent me all the information about the house before me and my family arrived, and also with very detail city guild and information too, which is very useful. Victor met us upon arrival and showed us around the house and gave us the key, he is super nice. And the check-out process is very simple too. It is located in a quiet street but the next street is (sort of) the main street already so it is safe and everything is convenient. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. Just the best place to stay!

Charming, spotless and secluded property with lots of room and a patio in a lively neighbourhood. Near shops, bus stops and 15 minutes from the airport. Extremely helpful host.
