Lovely, quiet, clean apartment with everything we needed for 2 nights. No hassle check-in even though we arrived late.

A student host was waiting for us when we checked in, and she was being quite helpful and informative. There are a few bars in front of the apartment where you can go for a drink in the afternoon.

After an initial upset( the property we had booked had burst pipes and was flooded which we only discovered when we landed in Seville Airport) San Julian 13 was a lovely place to stay. This was suggested as an alternative by booking.com which we booked at the airport. I have to compliment Maria whom we dealt with . ( She was with Sevilla moving as apartment must also have been listed with them.) She went out of her way late on Sunday night to meet us at alternative accommodation before we eventually moved to San Julian 13 2 days later. She kept in contact with me the entire time when she was definitely off the clock herself. San Julian 13 is a lovely bright modern apartment. It was spotlessly clean. A very comfortable bed.Well equipped kitchen if you were cooking. We just had breakfast there.It was about a 15 minute walk from the centre through little quaint streets. We loved our stay in Seville despite the shaky start. I always spend lots of time looking at apartments and reading reviews before I book so San Julian 13 was a lovely surprise. We would have no hesitation in recommending it and would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to go back to Seville. It is a beautiful city and we loved it.
