The location is very close to centre of Seville and good value for money for a place in the area (and considering Seville's hotel prices). The apartment itself is a no-frills one but with reasonable amenities provided and clean. You won't get any views from the windows but I suppose that may help keep it cooler during the hot summer months. The apartment was also quiet and the surrounding streets very walkable.
