We had a lovely time at Villa TRIANA. The property is spacious and well-decorated, with a beautiful outdoor area and a refreshing pool that made for a relaxing escape. The setting is peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to nearby attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the living spaces were perfect for spending time with family and friends. While we felt a few of the amenities could benefit from updates, and the kitchen could use a few more essentials for cooking, overall it was a great stay. A wonderful choice if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of space and a nice outdoor setting.

Host took the time to show us around the premises and despite not speaking English, managed to communicate with us via Google translate. Also advised us on buses, grocery stores, tourist attractions etc and checked on us daily via text to see if we had any questions. He even preset the children's TV channel to English for the grandkids.

Fantastic 4 bedroom villa kept in excellent condition. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Jose Manuel, he was very welcoming and extremely helpful, he even gave the kids a small gift on our departure 😊. The location was excellent with a large supermarket at only 3 minutes walking distance and 10 minutes away by car there were plenty of restaurants, shops and more supermarkets. Isla Magica was a 20 minute ride away. Location was also very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely look into availability on my next trip to Sevilla.

Super friendly owner ready to answer any and all questions at all time. The villa is also beautiful with lots of space to have a nice vacation with family or friends in a calm neighborhood and very close to some supermarkets.
