Lovely location just across road from beach with a balcony view to die for. The house is perched up on the hill - steep drive up. Spacious, relaxed and comfortable accommodation. Two bedrooms (double and single in each and bathroom) with balconies with separate bath/shower room and toilet on top floor. Lower back lounge, front kitchen/diner and a large balcony for hanging out on. Second toilet. Great beds and lovely linen! All essentials available, and ice in the fridge (hurrah). Fans and some aircon if needed. The house is well loved and welcoming - made us feel right at home. The use of the kayaks was also fabulous and 1770 is now one of our holiday favourites (tho we love tiny quiet places). So - fall asleep in comfort to the sound of the sea after a busy day of beach or reef. Mangers very helpful with a few queries - we would have stayed much longer if we could.
