Nice place to stay for those who prefer quiet and comfy locations. It’s not first line which in our case was a plus because otherwise it would be noisy. If you have a car it’s 10 minutes to get to whatever you need. And it’s not difficult to find the place as the hosts are ready to explain the road by the phone. We visited at the beginning of the season so the price was with a discount and I did not actually expect such a comfy and clean place for that price. We were welcomed with friendly hosts who were always eager to help. Special thanks to Mrs. Rhipsik ❤️ We will definitely visit again.

Comfortable, quiet place on Sevan peninsula. We chose this place as a “base” for trekking around Sevan and Dilijan. The accommodation fitted our purpose perfectly. Staff is very nice and helpful. All good.

The Villa is perfect ! Trully magic! Very confortable and next to the lake, among the trees. The people extremely friendly, polite and nice. They welcomed us and made us feel like home.
