The apartment itself is newly refurbished, nicely arranged and quite comfortable. It is situated nearby a small beach, but isolated from the rest of the town. The house is located near the main road, but this was not a problem for us.

Super happy with the hotel! Spacious and clean, very near to the beach (lake) with very beautiful views! Will stay here if we come to Sevan again!

We booked the apt on the way there and got to the location in 1hr. The gentleman in-charge managed to get the apt cleaned and ready for us to check in right away. The property is in immaculate condition, under 1 minute to the private beach and the deck. We parked our car right in front of the apt door. Will definitely recommend it.

The place is fully renovated very close to the water, i think it is the best place to stay in Sevan.
