It was a beautiful house. We especially liked the 2 chairs in the dining room facing out the back window with the view of the hills. The house was spotlessly clean. Very nice welcome pack. Very convenient for the trains and supermarket. Booths! The best supermarket chain in the UK!

Superb location for exploring the Dales. We did lots of walks straight from the front door. Settle is lovely and has 2 supermarkets both within walking distance and there are numerous cafes and pubs all walkable from the cottage. Facilities in the cottage met all our needs. Parking was good and always available right outside on a quiet road. There was a patio out the back with lovely views to the hills. Cd players, books , board games and even a playstation were provided if you were stuck indoors.

It was easy and flexible to pick up the keys. The welcome pack was very unexpected and generous. The view was absolutely fantastic - who needs a television? All was comfortable and there was everything we needed. Thank you.

This beautiful and comfortable house is situated in a quiet road close the town centre. It was spotless clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is spacious and was perfectly equipped, there was even a welcome arragement for us incl. all the essentials for breakfast and and other goodies such as a bottle of nice wine. What a lovley surprise. Thank you very much!!! The beds and beddings are very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The heating worked perfectly and we could adjust it to our needs. Settle is a great pleace to explore the Yorkshire Dales an it has some nice restaurants and pubs. We had seven wonderful days in the Ribbensdale Cottage and the lovely village. We hope to come back again!
