The staff were very polite and helpful, always eager to help me. The hotel is beautiful, very convenient, well located, and close to a shopping center. The food was really good; however, for western travelers, there is not much more variety, especially in the breakfasts. I missed some options for getting a sandwich for breakfast, yet the food was very good, with a great variety of Asian and Indonesian meals.

The views from hotel's rooms, the staff are relly helpful & friendly and the location-easy to reach other parts of Jakarta via nearby highway

The hotel felt new and clean. The room was spacious, and I particularly liked the seat by the window. Breakfast had a wide selection of Indonesian food. Staff were vert friendly and attentive.
