Everything except for the distance to and from the bus stop and train station but for those who are good to walk, the place is perfect.

The space in the apt was very generous and clean. Also there was a lift which we weren't sure at 1st there was any. Overall very comfortable staying there.

The location is superb, if you’re looking to stay within Gangnam. The staff is friendly and it looks exactly like in the images. The entry is super convenient and it all feels super secure. You can also totally get food or Coupang delivered here easily. The washing machine in-unit is also convenient, I did have to buy the detergent though, but seeing as the convenience store is basically opposite the entrance, that wasn’t a hassle. Parking is also super easy, prearranged through the owner team, right in front of the house. It can be super quiet, but from my apartment I was also able to hear the road and people around it quite well, as well as people above/below me.
