Really good Location! Near Hongdae and being located in sinchon was great with access to subway and bus for seoul central

This property has rather mixed reviews, so I didn’t have high expectations - and I wasn’t disappointed. In fact, I got more than I expected, as the website states "shared bathroom," but I had my own en-suite. At the same time, I can understand why some people might be disappointed: it’s not exactly a guesthouse but more of a shared flat, and it has an oldish atmosphere. But you have to consider that you get a spacious room, not a tiny box with paper-thin walls where you can hear your neighbor snoring, and at a very good price. The internet was reliable, and the location was also great, just a short stroll from the lively Sinchon area and only a couple of metro stops from City Hall. It’s perfect for a longer stay; in fact, I extended mine because I was satisfied with everything.

Perfect value for money, I was desperate to find something affordable and not too terrible. So it was a nice fit. Big room for my own. It’s more Airbnb style room and I think host is more interested in renting it out for long term.

The beds were comfortable and there was access to a washing machine, microwave and a water cooler. The host allowed us to store our extra baggage here while we toured other Korean towns. and pick up the baggage later. The air conditioning in the room worked fine. The host provided us with a computer when we asked for it. The host also complied with our request for newly washed bedsheets and towels. The place itself was very close to EWHA Metro station and SInchon station and generally it was easy to get around. There was also a large choice of restaurants and shopping in the area.
