The location of the guesthouse was great—about a 7-minute walk from Hongik University Station. It wasn’t too close but still very walkable and convenient. We arrived quite late at night, but the owner was very kind and gave us clear instructions on how to check in, which made things easy. The staff were also very responsive to all my messages and always ready to help. This guesthouse is run by a family, and that personal touch made the atmosphere warmer and more welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and definitely will come back here again next time if I go to Seoul.

We took the family room. The host was friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and tidy with a kitchen and dining area on all levels. The shared toilet was also very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equiped with utensils. There is a shared fridge with free bread and jam provided by the host. The microwave and toaster are provided. A very comfortable place to stay with 5 to 8 min walk to hongsik university station exit 3. It would be wonderful if they could have a lock for the bathroom in the shared family room.

I stayed here for five nights. My room was on the third floor. There’s a shared kitchen and dining area, and everything was super clean. At first, it felt a bit far from the subway, but once I got used to it, the walk was actually really easy. What I loved most was how clean the place was. If I come back to Korea, I’d totally stay here again.

It’s a cozy flat with 5 rooms sharing the washrooms, a kitchen and a dining area. The clean wooden floor make it comfortable to walk around the public area.
