Hotel staff was helpful and responsive. Well mannered and efficient. The foods and beverages were amazing. Facilities were great and convenient. Housekeeping was immaculate.

Outside pool is amazing. The water temperature was set to the best temp and felt so good. FYI; I chose this hotel because the main reason was using the pool.

The location as it faces Namsan tower. The room was tastefully decorated. Love the carpet at the entrance.
